There are zero upfront fees. We only collect if we obtain any monies for you. Any administrative fees, or court costs are first deducted from what we acquire and our fee is 50% of net earnings. Everything else goes straight to you.

When there are numerous judgments that a business has, we will consider purchasing them, taking them completely off your shoulders. This completely eliminates stress or worry of collecting and puts all pressure on us while you receive payment promptly for the judgments.

What types of judgments does your firm handle?
Our firm handles all types of judgments. To us, it is simply money owed to you. We will persue your judgment with the same tenacity we persue every judgment with.
How long does it take to collect on a judgment?
Each and every judgment / case is very unique. Our methods are thorough, but unfortunately we can’t say how long it will take. With that said, we do review judgments quarterly and as soon as we see opportunitiy, we take it.
Are there really no up front fees?
Correct. There are zero upfront fees. We will only collect if we are able to acquire funds from your judgment. In the meantime, any fees associated with maintaining the judgment are handled by our firm. If we never collect on your judgment, those costs are not forwarded to you.
Do you work with individuals or do you focus on businesses?
It doesn’t matter if you are a single individual who won a lawsuit against a neighbor, or a Fortune 500 company. We will gladly handle your judgment and give you the same courtesy we give all our clients.
How are you different than a regular collection agency?
We are not a collection agency. We are a specialized finance firm that specializes solely on collecting judgments. If you have an issue that requires collecting on a non judgment matter, we will be unable to assist you.
